EMPOWER, ENCOURAGE, ENTHUSE
2HelpUXL is the perfect seminar to get young people motivated. It does exactly what it means; it empowers, encourages and enthuses children and young people to help them excel to their full potential and become a successful individual. This interactive seminar inspires young people of all ages and abilities to excel in their strengths and work harder in areas they find challenging i.e. exams and studying.
We look at the relationship between determination, goal setting and success. Through this seminar young people are creatively taught ‘the blue print of success’ along with simple techniques to stay focused in order to achieve great results and reach career ambitions.

EMOTIONAL WELLBEING: HEALTHY MIND, HEALTHY CHILD
The emotional well-being of children and young people is extremely important and sometimes all they need is someone they can connect with and help support them in various aspects of their lives. We offer 1-2-1 mentoring to individuals as a form of early intervention and a source of helping to raise potential, social interaction, behaviour and attention along with academic performance and standards.
This is ideal for Children and young people who are on the verge of school exclusion or have been excluded or may experience the affects of social and economic deprivation.
The aim is to empower, encourage and enthuse individuals who are with the Foster Care and Looked After Children services. The objective of the project is to run a series of sessions in High Wycombe and Aylesbury area over a maximum of a 6 week period as either a school holiday or a weekend programme. The programme will not only benefit the child or young person but the carers and families in which they live with. The sessions will look to focus on tpoics such as:
Identity – Who Am I?; Pursuing you goals and dreams; History and culture; Confidence and self esteem; Celebration.
