Tremaine is an experienced qualified 'outstanding' secondary teacher who has managed departments as a Curriculum Leader and Head of Year within South Bucks. She has experience in working with young people from the mainstream and special educational needs sector. Tremaine is passionate about working with children and young people to inspire them and to bring out their full potential. She has also worked and trained as a Youth Worker and a 1-2-1 mentor for Bucks County Council for a number of years.
Lew has over 20 years of experience working with children and young people. He is a co-ordinator for a childrens centre where he oversees the day to day activities and the structure of the centre team. His experience spans a range of skill and knowledge from group work looking at developing social skills and tackling bullying, to multi-agancy work that focuses on the support and wellbeing of Looked After children (LAC) and those individuals that have been referred to CAHMS and Outreach programmes.
